Direct Payment to Agency Members

I wanted to pay my agency members directly to their upwork accounts so that they can withdraw funds according to their convinience. Currently I can only see 4 options (Direct to local bank, Paypal, Wire transfer and Direct to US bank).
Is there a way I can directly send money to their respective upwork accounts?
