Once the client has approved the invoice, he can ask for a refund or raise a dispute for the same.
Is there any specific timeline, lets say 30 days or so after which the client cannot ask for refund or raise dispute against that invoice.
Is their any terms with upwork in regards to this.
Thanks

Hi Mohamed,
Clients may request mediation assistance by contacting Upwork Support within 30 days of the last payment on a contract. The Mediation Team will work with both users to resolve the dispute.
The dispute process for a fixed price and hourly contracts is not the same. To learn more about our dispute process check out this Thread. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.
Also the client has asked for charge back from bank.
Can upwork deduct that charge back amount from freelancer or agency.
1 payment was released more 3.5 months ago and another more than 6.5 months ago.
Let me know.
Thanks

On a fixed price contract, the dispute deadline is 30 days since the last milestone was FUNDED, not 30 days after the last payment, unless there are still funds in Escrow.
Clients can "ask" for a refund even when that deadline has passed, or ask for mediation, but nothing happens if the freelancer refuses to refund.
