1. Do we get free connects when we create agency with Basic/Free Plan?
2. Can I move connects from freelancer account to agency account?
3. What is the way to have the connects in the Basic/Free Plan agency account?
4. Can I add the agency bank account to withdraw the payment?
5. Can I add the individual bank account to withdraw the payment?

Thanks for your questions! 

1. No, the Agency Basic membership does not include free Connects like Freelancer Basic.

2. No, Connects cannot be transferred between accounts. 

3. In order to purchase Connects, you'll need to upgrade to the Agency Plus membership.

4. Could you please confirm if you mean a business account? If so, yes, as long as the Agency Owner can demonstrate that they are authorized by the business to do so.

5. Yes, the Agency Owner can add a payment method in their name to withdraw the Agency earnings.
