Does Upwork really not have customer service for agencies?

How do you trust Upwork with your agency earnings and data, if there is basically no way to ask a simple question, or dispute a situation towards Upwork? I'm unsure if I will go through with signing up and spending money on reaching out to potential customers, if I can't even make simple changes in my agency.

I am finding it so difficult to connect with someone from upwork unlike before.
My issue is very specific because y account is still suspended even after finishing the payment. May I know how the suspension be lifeted.
