It is possible that you are using certain words in unique ways that we are not accustomed to.

We don't receive medals for hourly jobs.

We don't receive medals for fixed-price jobs.

We don't receive badges for jobs.

We receive feedback. Perhaps that is what you mean.

Freelancers receive feedback for both hourly and fixed-price jobs.
