Free agency account and its perks

I want to create agency account along with my profile and want to add one more member to it. Could you please share the perks of creating agency account? And it would be great if you can guide me thoroughly. Also, in future if I want to delete the agency account, so can I do it?

I was also referring to the agency profile and I just updated my previous post so that it's more clear.
