Freelancer Active Proposal Messages

I am an agency owner, i have around 4-5 agency members. I can see the upwork notifications as and when a proposal becomes active for my members, but i cant automatically enter the chat room of that proposal.

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. Could you please confirm if you're unable to access older Message rooms, created more than 10 days ago, or also the recently created ones, as in the last week for example?
