I (agency owner) invited a freelancer as usual. He got an invitation in his email and clicked it. I had an email, saying "xxx has joined your agency". But nothing's changed. I don't see him in an agency roster, and he does not see our agency in the list in the top-right screen corner.
BTW, is this the only place I can post support tickets now? "Get support" just opens dialog with a robot, who just quotes some irrelevant articles, and no way to post a ticket when you have real problems.
