From where to see competitors proposal

I have plus membership for my agency, but unable to see competitor's proposal. It will be great help if you could let me know from where to competitors bid. Looking for prompt and positive approach.

You can't see competitors proposals as such, just the highest, lowest and average bid.

Unless your legal name is "Digital" you're heading for trouble by the way, as your Upwork account must be in your own legal name as it appears on your government issued ID documents.
