Getting paid for earlier contracts before joining an agency

Hi!

I just joined an agency but I still have 'balance' from one of my previous contracts. However, now I do not see the 'Get Paid' option in User Settings, so I am not able to figure out how to withdraw those previous funds which are not associated with the work I'm doing with the agency?

I've added the screenshot of how my User Settings look now, there used to be a Get Paid option here. I understand that the payments from now will be directly through the Agency owner, but don't know what to do about the previous payments.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
