Hourly rate button "change" is absent

Hello Upwork,

I am currently trying to update the hourly rate for one of the specialists in my company's account, but I am unable to find the "Change" button or any option to modify the rate. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi Alona,

To edit an Agency member's hourly rate, you must visit your Agency Roster and click on the "Edit rate" button next to the profile you wish to edit.  Don't hesitate to let us know if you need further assistance.
