Hi, I am going to become top rated.  I am CMS (WordPress, Shopify, WIX), HTML, CSS expert. To boost my profile, revenue and for long term projects, I want to join any agency. My question is: how can I join any agency on the Upwork or how can I find long term projects. Thanks

The only way to join an agency is to be invited by an agency administrator. Your relationship with them is managed privately outside of Upwork. Every agency is a unique business and there are many things that Upwork enables both you and your agency to do. If any agency invited you then you can join
