How can a client send a contract to a non-exclusive agency member?

I started a agency on upwork and have a few non exclusive members. If a cleint wants to work with a member of my team that is non-exclusive, how would they go about sending it to them so the contact is for the agency?

When you submit a proposal as an agency, the clients are able to see it and hire them as an agency members. Once they do, the contract is then assigned to hired freelancer under the agency account. Business managers can submit a proposal on behalf of any agency member. They can edit or withdraw all agency proposals and accept or decline all offers. Agency members can also submit proposals themselves, which will be binding on the agency.
