How can i use my old connection after creating new agency account

after creating a new agency account I can't use my old 126 connections which was in my upwork account they show that i have 0 connections i need help

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that you can't use Connects from your freelancer account on your agency account. If you want to submit proposals as an agency you need to upgrade our agency membership to Agency Plus to be able to purchase Connects. An Agency Plus plan costs $20 (USD) a month and allows you to purchase Connects for a reduced rate of $0.15 (USD) each. You can find more information in this help article.
