How to add connects from Agency profile to Freelancer account

Hi there. 

I am associated with an Agency and we add conencts to the agency account as we apply for the leads. How can I connects to individual freelancer account as it adds min 10 connects as part of monthly billing cycle but i want to boost the profile or want to make availabilty badge active (which involves 14 connects) and this cant be done as I cannot add agency connects to freelancer. 

For example - agency has 300 connects 

I have 4 freelancers in the agency roster 

Each freelancer has 10 connects but to activate availability badge we need 14 connects min in this account and I cannot add conencts to this freelancer account from the 300 connects which are there in agency. 

Please help .

Unfortunately, agency connects cannot be directly transferred to individual freelancer accounts. You need to purchase additional connects for the freelancers' accounts individually.
