How to add freelancer to team

Hi,

I am new to agency feature. While i was sending proposal it asks me to select a team (I have created multiple Teams) and then an associated freelancer (I have one freelancer at the moment), but it says, no freelancer avilable to this team. I am unable to find option to add a freelancer to a team. Due to this, I am unable to apply for any work and send any proposal.

Please help urgently.
