In order to get Top rated plus badge for agency, the agency must be working or have worked on a large contract and for our category it's $30k
But what's the point of agency if it only counts towrards individual member earning? the large contracts should have the ability to have multiple people but upwork doesn't provide that option.
We are working on a big project on which 5 of our members working on but we had to had separate contract for all 5 members and so the earnings count for 5 projects instead of one which is quite frustrating.
On the 1 hand upwork have set different amount for freelancers and agencies for large contract, that is $15k for freelancer and $30k for agencies but then what's the difference when it's still counted for individual freelancer within agency. that's quite insane.
I don't have an otpion to put my multiple freelancers on a same contract, so now the "big project" is broken into multiple smaller projects and now 1 of them must have to recht $30k as a freelancer. what's the point of Agency here?

Hi Abdul Majeed,
Thanks for your feedback! I'll surely share this with the rest of the team for review. At this time, I'd like to confirm that all exclusive agency members in an agency, who are eligible to get the Top Rated Plus badge will inherit the agency's Top Rated Plus badge, too. A large contract must occur without interruption (rate changes are allowed, pauses are allowed). Sums of different contracts with the same client do not qualify as a large contract. Here's the help article for more information.

But then it's different limit for the agency when ultimately it's up to the individual to earn it 🙂 What's the point of agency if multiple peolple working on a same contract still be treated as individual contract? why it's raised to the double
