How to assign contracts and make teams in Agency account!

Hi! How can I assign contracts to different freelancers in my agency? Also, how can I create a team inside the agency with a freelancer and myself as part of it? When I get an offer, I can choose to be accepted as a freelancer or an agency, but I don't even have the option to select the team or the freelancer to be assigned to it. Thanks!

We usually have a client make a fresh job post and then I can have my team send proposals. I wish there was an easier way to bring other freelancers into an existing contract.
