Hello,
My client sent an offer to me through my Agency(I am the Agency Owner), and another manager confirmed the offer. However, the contract was created under my name and cannot be assigned to other members. I would like to know if I can contact Upwork support to assist with this issue.
And, I am also unable to create a new ticket in the support contact section.

Purely for feedback purposes: My experience is that this is a problem for an agency. When bidding on jobs and workload leveling, it's much more efficient to send the proposals as an Agency and then assign the ones who respond to the freelancer agency member who has the most bandwidth.
If after several bids for individual agency members, one of them gets too many responses, there is no way to transfer a project to another agency member. If you ask the client to send the offer to a particular agency member, it's not clear how to do that. Clients do not like having to fumble with the platform when trying to hire a freelancer.
