How to get jobs as an agency on Upwork?

I have been managing my client's upwork agency account for the past 1 month but have not gtten any jobs nor messages.

I don't know if it is my manner of applying for jobs and sometimes some clients mention in their offer that they do not want agencies.

I think it has become difficult to get jobs as an agency. Please how to fix this?

I need guidance on it!!!

Find clients who are new to the platform. On UpWork, Clients with good spending already have their team on the bench.
