Hi I want to join any agency on upwork anyone know how to join or ask agency to make me their member?

Most freelancers network off Upwork through different networking events and online groups to join an agency. There is no facility or feature on Upwork which allows you to join an agency since these arrangements are made off Upwork. I would recommend joining online groups (perhaps on Facebook, Discord, Telegram, or LinkedIn) to meet like-minded people like you.
