How to make non exclusive to exclusive in Agency

Hello ,

I have a freelancer plus profile which has active contracts . Now I have switched to agency plus plan . In profile its showing me Non-exclusive .

1. What I need to make Exclusive ?

2. Is it possible to charge only agency plus instead of both ( freelancer plus and agency plus) ? Means I need to merge both account as single account which is agency plus account .

Please help me with a solution.

1) Why would you want to do that? It has no advantages.

2) You can just downgrade the freelancer plan.

You can't merge your agency and your freelancer accounts, You will always be a freelancer - the only difference of being a freelancer in an agency (other than many clients not hiring agency-freelancers on principle) is that as a freelancer in an agency the money goes to the agency. The client still hires you through the agency.

1. If i downgrade to freelancer basic plan then my profile will not inactive ? because free lancer plus plan have option this (always profile will active) .

2. If I downgrade to basic plan then is there any issue to active contracts which is currently running ? I can't close those contract and rehire same contract in agency. Because if i do that then i have to spent more money. current contract charge me 10% if i start new contratc with same client in agency then it should be 20% charge . Am i right ?

Hi Anupam,

Rest assured, the Freelancer Plus Membership is not necessary to work on Upwork! The feature you're referring to means that your profile won't be set to private due to inactivity. You can learn more about this here. Also, downgrading your membership would not have any effect on your contracts.
