I have an agency on UpWork and need help with SEO i.e. for one of my projects. I search for SEO experts on UpWork and how can I write/call them to discuss the project?

Hi Andrei,

You will need to open a client profile and post a job. Freelancers will be able to send proposals to your job and you will be able to invite them to apply as well.
Once you`ve found your expert you can hire them on an official contract to assist you further with your tasks/projects. Thank you.
