Hi Mitali,

The reason why you can't add members to your agency is that you're currently on the Agency Basic membership plan. You will have to upgrade to the Agency Plus membership plan before you can add new members. Feel free to check this help article to learn more.

That is probably because you are on a basic plan, and the basic plan is pretty much useless. If you are on Basic Plan you cant add team members, you cannot buy connects. 

I just upgraded to plus membership...
