I can't send proposals (I have connect and the agency has connects on it)

Hi, I just joined an agency but I've got an issue, I can't send proposals while I have connects and the agency has connects as well.

Hi Ali,

 

Are you getting any specific errors when trying to send a proposal under the agency or independently? I checked your account and I don't see any limitations that would prevent you from submitting proposals as long as the job doesn't require more Connects than what you have available.

I didn't get any error, The send proposal button is disabled I can't even click it.

I have more connects than the projects connects.

It's pretty weird!

I checked your account and I don't see any limitations that would prevent you from submitting proposals as long as the job doesn't require more Connects than what you have available. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser? Let me know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.

I checked your account and I don't see any limitations that would prevent you from submitting proposals as long as the job doesn't require more Connects than what you have available. I actually tried and I can't seem to replicate the issue as well. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser? Let me know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.

Hi,

 

Thank you for your response. I can send the proposal but the problem is still persists with the fixed-price projects. I am not able to send proposals for fixed-price projects even after completing all necessary requirements of the proposal.

Hi, 

I received an invitiation and when I wanted to reply, I still have 29 connects but unable to click "send connects" button.

 

Please kindly help to solve this.

Hi Rico,

 

I am sorry to hear about the trouble responding to an invitation for a job. Could you please check if you have completed all the requirements on the proposals before you click the 'Send for 10 Connects' button?

I didnt select salary increase drop down menu, now I can send proposal.
