Hi, I am trying to update the hourly rate of one of my members in my agency, but when I try to update his rate, the page just keeps on loading and nothing happens. Can you please help me with this. I have attached an image of the Agency Roster page loading.

Does the issue happen when you try basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing your cookies or using a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Which browsers have you tried? I have been unable to replicate this problem. Our supported browsers are:
Google Chrome
version 71 or higher
Microsoft Edge
version 44 or higher
Mozilla Firefox
version 64 or higher
Apple Safari
version 12 or higher
Can you please ensure the browsers are compatible?
