I click send proposal and brought my “my plan” page.

I am a new agency and am having a problem sending a proposal.

I click on “send proposal” but am brought to a page displaying my free plan and the $20 plan option.

Why does it not let me send a proposal?

Thank you for your message. I see that you have set yourself as an Exclusive agency member. As an exclusive member of the agency, you can only use your agency membership plan. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under their agency. For more information please check out this help article. You will need to upgrade your membership to Agency Plus to apply for jobs on Upwork or change your membership to 'Non-Exclusive' from this page by clicking 'Exclusive' and selecting 'Non-Exclusive' on the pop up window. This will allow you to apply for jobs as independent freelancers.
