I opened a ticket, but it was automatically closed. Following Upwork's guidelines, I mistakenly ended the contract while trying to open a dispute, resulting in the money going back to the client. I'm concerned about the situation because I can't reach anyone, Upwork's helpline isn't assisting, and the client has stopped responding.
