I'm become top-rated plus recently and now to build the agency profile, my niche is marketing and advertising. I have a few questions, whoever can guide me that will be really great.

Is agency more beneficial than a single profile?
In my opinion, once you create an agency profile clients prefer a single person profile more than an agency profile?
Any guidance, if I create the agency what steps i can take to scale the agency? 
Any portfolio guidance for the agency I can work on for more conversions? 
If anyone can add any other thing that will be also helpful.
