We have two accounts with you.
To begin with I don’t know why we just can’t have an Agency account instead of having to link my freelancer account with the agency account.
The problem however is this.
However, the connects were credited to my freelancer profile INSTEAD OF the agency profile. I tried to resolve this with your unhelpful chatbot which did not connect me to anyone more knowledgeable than the bot to resolve this issue. Hence I CANCELLED THE PLAN. Now promptly my connects have gone down but the money has been LOST.
I feel let down by Upwork for this confusion and for not offering me the proper way out. Is there anything you guys can do to help? My desired outcome is:
How can we work together and accomplish this?
