One of my agency wants me to add me as an member in their agency account. But when they enter my email they are getting some error regarding active orders and offers. Why this is happening?

Hi Muhammad,
I'd like to share that this can typically happen if you are being added as an exclusive member while you have active contracts and submitted proposals. Once these are clear, the agency will be able to add you as an exclusive member.
Please know that the agency also has the option to add you as a non-exclusive member while you have active contracts and submitted proposals. You can learn more here.

I am unable to get into Exclusive and Non-Exclusive member on the UpWork. Its only allowing me to send invite first and when I do so it gives me the following error message
