I want to close my agency and freelancer account

I have tried to close the agency numerous time and it is not allowing me to closed the account.

Hi Gopesh,

Could you please confirm the agency you would like to close? Once you`ve clicked on your name you can refer to your profiles as 1,2, 3. 
Just to confirm, if your freelancer profile is closed as well your account will be closed. Thank you.
