I want to open a agency account for my company

We are a company making videos and doing social media management, located in China.

We want to start our business on upwork now for there are more and more customers have video business needs related to China, such as Chinese language teaching, brand promotion on Chinese social media, Chinese voiceover, and need for Chinese actors.

I personally have some business attempts on upwork, and I feel that this is a good platform to provide remote service. But I'm not sure if it is possible for a local Chinese team. If it is, how?
