Inviting Outside Members into Agency

Hello, 

I need to know  if I have send an Invitation from my Agency to a Person who doesn't have an upwork account.

He  had created a freelancer account with that invitation.

His profile is not approved yet, so if I sent any proposal for a project, and I get the Interview invitation from the Client, can I assign that Interview to this person as he is still being shown in my Agency members?

Hi Syed Saad,

Yes, if that member is showing as an active member of your agency, you can assign them the interview for the project. You can invite a freelancer to work exclusively for your agency. Please refer to this help article for more information on exclusive and non-exclusive statuses of agency freelancers.

Thanks for the Prompt reply, 

Actually I am new as an Agency owner, so can you tell me how would I know if he is an active member, because, just because of this I am afraid to send the proposals that matches the skills of his category. How Would I cater if I got the Invitation for an Interview.

He is an exclusive freelancer for my agency as I have sent him the Invitation.

You can find more information about the agencies here. You should be able to check your agency members under your Agency Rooster tab.
