Is PAN card detail required for freelancer account attached with Agency?

Hello Experts,

If a freelancer wishes to join my agency, would they need to add PAN details to their freelancer account?

Hi Manav,

If a joins your agency as an exclusive agency member, all contracts and payments are handled through your agency account and they will not need to add their PAN details to their account. 

If they choose to join as a non exclusive agency member, they will be able to accept jobs on both agency and their freelancer account. This will require them to add their PAN on their freelancer account to receive payments for jobs completed on their freelancer account. You can refer to this help page for more information.
