I was an exclusive member of an agency on Upwork, I placed a bid using my personal account on a project and received an offer from a client. The offer I received was on my personal account, Now I want to accept my offer, But there is this line "Only an Agency Manager can accept or decline this offer. Message yours now".

Now I have changed my status from exclusive to non-exclusive, but still, I am facing the same issue and cant accept the offer, I want to accept this project from my personal account. Please help me as early as possible so that I can start working with that client.

Thank you for your message. I have reviewed the job offer you mentioned, and it seems that the offer was sent to your agency account. As a result, you will need to contact your agency owner to accept the offer that was sent to you.

If you prefer to have this job on your personal freelancer account, please ask your client to cancel this offer and send a new one to your freelancer account.
