Issue in adding Company Bank details under Agency Profile!

Hi, 
I have an Agency profile named **Edited for Community Guidelines**., I want to add Bank details of my Company account. And whenever I'm doing so- it shows a popup (error) text that the name doesn't match.
Also, What should be the 1st & last names under the corporate bank account (which is not an individual). I have also reviewed the related questions asked here but I didn't get a relevant answer to my question. The issue is still the same.

I have also attached the SS of such popup, pls take a look & suggest the best possible step ASAP.
