JS 79%

Hi,

I would like to know why my JS is stuck on 79% since I have finished all the jobs isnt it supposed to be 100% ?

one of my customer who once I finished the job didn't came back after project is delivered and he was happy and all payments were done I had to end the project manually is that was the reason because it's hurting me when I am trying to submit proposals.
