Hello everyone,
If I'm understanding right, missing feedback for contract doesn't affect the JSS. I closed a contract on my agency and the client doesn't left feedback for this work, now the JSS is 87%. Can someone help me with that and explain exactly how this JSS algorithm works?

JSS takes the recent activity in consideration, but also activity up to the last 24 months. SInce the time window in moving, so can the JSS.
