Hi all Agencies on Upwork. I was working as a freelancer on Upwork and things were on a pace. Ever since I have started agency on Upwork and added a few team members I am not getting a single lead, even I am bidding more and more. Bidding through an agency on Upwork really works?

I closed the agency account. And still getting harder to get leads, since upwork introduced the bid logic

They got more income, but they are losing reputation, I know many freelancers moved to other platforms
