Learning to manage an Agency

I have been running an agency for about a year, and it has been a steep learning curve; there are still things I don't know how to do. Is there a resource for Agency owners that gives guidance on the features and restrictions of running an Agency? In the beginning, I was unsure of what I could and couldn't do on an Agency. If there is a comprehensive guide to managing an Agency on Upwork, I have been unable to find one. Upwork might consider offering something like that upfront when a new agency is formed. Learning the hard way had netted me some missteps, and even a warning when I did something the wrong way, guidance would be golden!
