Looking for guidance on agency vs freelancer

Hi, I have a software house, but my employees are not on upwork. should i create freelance account or agency . I will not use any freelancer's account to bid. I just wnat to tell we are a company and we can deliver this job with this portfolio . Alsos, i will not prefer any of my employees have upwork and connect to my profile. I wat to use my portfolio to bid for projects and get it done outside upwork and deliver. Not possible?
