If in case you are looking to join an agency, please know that the only way to join an agency is to be invited by an agency administrator. Your relationship with them is managed privately outside of Upwork.
If you are interested in creating your own agency, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Contact Info
- Scroll down to Additional accounts
- Select New Agency Account
