We have been hiring on Upwork for years, now we want to sell our services as well. We want to hire an upwork expert to help enhance our profile. Can Upwork staff help or do we need to hire a freelancer for this?

I think so Upwork support team and articles are helpful, but if u didn't get the outstanding then you could go to expert freelancer profile developer or top-rated talent.
