Milestone Refund under agency

Hi there, I got a contract via the agency and the client has funded the milestone. However, upon realizing that the project is too technical, we have decided not to push through with the project. The client is okay with it since the milestone will be refunded. I have not submitted any milestone for approval. How do I initiate the refund? We don't want the money to be stuck in limbo. I want to end the contract and refund the money.

Hi, will the client be able to leave a feedback although ending this contract means that the fund in the milestone will be refunded in full?
