My Agency Profile Link Leads to 404 Through SERP and Profile Link

Hi there, everyone.

So I wanted to show someone what our agency profile looks like for hiring purposes and I copied the profile link directly from the agency page and also from SERP. In both cases, the links were different.

Mind you, I did rename the profile link though. Every time I click any of those links through mobile and desktop devices, it gives a 404 error. What seems to be the issue? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Shahmeer,

I checked and was able to see your Agency's public profile on my end. Could you please try using the link in incognito mode or a browser where you're not logged in? Please let us know if the issue persists.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out regarding this. I checked and asked another team member to open it on their system as well. We still see the 404 error.
