My Connects Vanished

Just bought 300 connects last week and now my agency account shows we have only 1 remaining. The purchase is not showing up anymore in the connects history tab either? Upwork glitched yesterday on 24th May 2023. Want to know if this is affecting other people as well? Upwork wont allow me to open a ticket either so this is really absurd

Thank you for your message. I do not see any transactions for 300 Connects purchase on your agency as well as your freelancer account. Could you please confirm the exact date for this transaction?
