My Top rated badge keep remvoing for the fourth time

My agency is qualified for top rated badge and we have it for quite some time.

However it's very frustrating that it's keep removing suddenly without any notification or email and then after some days it re-appears. last time It was removed I contacted support and they said one of your agency member was suspended and that's why it's removed, I asked support why he was suspended and they say they can not tell me that and asked that the member should contact them directly. If my agency stats can be affected due to my exclusive members then why can't I ask about the reason? why uppowork doesn't tell me or talk to me directly if I'm responsible for their acts as agency? 

My badge then re-appear again after few days and literally even upwork support had no idea why it was removed and it's appeared again!!!

It's very frustrating that my badge is again now removed and again I did not received any notification any email. I'm still qualified for the badge, nothing changed but badge is gone and I know it'll re-appear again but no one knows where the badge goes

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you are frustrated with your agency Top Rated badge. If agency members have enough history to have a Job Success Score, their badge will display as a Top Rated badge. If they do not yet have enough history, it will be a Rising Talent badge as long as their profiles are at least 60% complete. It is important to note that you must meet the following criteria to earn the badge:

• An agency Job Success Score of 90% or higher
• An agency owner Job Success Score of 90% or higher (or none earned yet)
• Maintained agency Rising Talent status or an agency Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks
• A 100% complete agency owner profile with photo
• An agency profile with a logo, overview, and services offered
• Agency member profiles that are at least 60% complete on average (50% for those who brought their profiles over from Elance)
• 12-month agency earnings of at least $10,000
• Up-to-date availability (if unavailable now, set a date estimate)
• An account in good standing with no recent account holds (including yourself, your agency, and all agency members, including agency owners)
• Activity on the platform (proposal, accepted invitation, or earnings) in the past 90 days

If any criterion is not met, it can cause you to lose your agency badge. The badge is automatically added to your profile once you meet the requirements. To learn more about how this works, please read the following help articles:

Hey Joanne, unfortunately that was not helpful. YOu didn't get my question. I qualified for the badge and got the badge but it's removed after every few days and then come back on it's own without any reason. even the support was unable to tell me why it was gone and how it re-appeared! it's simply a bug in the platform I believe

I understand you are reporting frequent badge removals. I am unable to investigate this issue if the badge is already visible. Hey Pradeep, I reached out as soon as It was removed but it's back again and that's what exactly I'm reporting that it's keep removing and then re-appear in 1 or 2 days. And think you should be able to see the track of it

That is strange! This may be related to your browser. You may want to check on a different browser next time when you see the badge disappearing from your agency profile. You can also try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser. Feel free to message us if problems persist.
