My Upwork agency

Hi,

I created my Upwork agency a few years back and the members are my sister, daughter, and a few friends. Then there came a time when Upwork wanted me to pay a monthly due for me to be able to keep the agency working. But since my projects are not that active, I could not afford it up to now. Is there any way to revive it change some members who are not active, and get new members then that would be the time I will upgrade?

Second How do I earn with the agency?

An agency is important only if you have a team. if those members do not work on your team, it may not be that important to keep them on the agency roster. If you no longer want to pay the fee to keep the agency account open, may be a good idea to close it off, I would recommend you keep it open if you have a history.
