My agency account cant send invite to freelancer account

Hii,

there was a problem occuring regulalry when i send invite to user through my agency account. a message will shown is, a user have active job applicants. please get me out of this problem , i am very thankfull to you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. In order for you to invite exclusive agency members, they would have to end any active contracts and job proposals. You may also add them as non-exclusive agency members by choosing that option. You can learn more about this here.
